It’s best to inquire about 1-3 months before your desired launch date. This allows us enough time to complete necessary preparations, develop a design strategy, brand your business, make revisions, and set you up for a successful launch. During a discovery call, we can discuss my availability and the project timeline.

No worries! I’m here to guide you every step of the way. You don’t have to be tech-savvy because I provide detailed instructions, live calls, and ongoing tech support. I’ll handle the heavy lifting, and if you ever have any tech questions, I’m just an email away.

I offer 3 rounds of revisions for each phase of the project to refine our creative ideas efficiently. Detailed feedback is crucial, and small tweaks don’t count as full revisions. Please note that any additional rounds of full revisions beyond the initial 3 will incur a $150 charge. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out!

Absolutely! Every package includes a built-in payment plan structured according to due dates, ensuring your project stays prioritized and on track. Each payment plan starts with a non-refundable deposit. We can discuss the payment plan that best suits your needs.

In general, it’s best to book 1-3 months in advance to allow ample time for preparations and content compilation. Availability in your schedule for timely feedback is also important. To ensure high-quality work for each client, I only take on a limited number of projects at a time. If you’re in a time crunch, we can explore a design intensive for faster turnaround.

Absolutely! I’ll provide live training videos that will guide you through making basic edits and updates on your website once it’s handed over to you.
